SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2 Urging the United States                                                                          
Congress to establish a federal program to rebuild student access to                                                            
public higher education in Alaska and elsewhere and to appropriate                                                              
sufficient funding for that purpose, was engrossed, signed by the                                                               
President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for                                                                        
consideration.
